before proceeding, please take your time to read everything below!
by commissioning me, you agree that you've read and accepted my terms and conditions.

⟡ GENERAL ⟡
• Please provide clear references that is objective and easy to understand, primarily consist of images.
• You may state your expectation and everything I need to take note before work begins.
• I may refuse your requests if it's beyond my capability
• Don't sell my art as NFT and/or feed my art to AI⟡ REVISIONS ⟡
• Free up to 2x minor revisions / alteration during sketch.
• After sketch is approved, I'll continue the commission until finished. During this period, revisions on pose or lineart will be charged extra.
• After coloring is done, free 1x minor revision to color.
• Revisions might affect progress and timeline.
• SKEB / Surprise Me Comms doesn't have any revisions.⟡ PAYMENT ⟡
• You can make full payment or DP 50% to place a request. Once received, I'll begin sketching. Complete payment should be done during coloring phase / before final artwork sent.
• ID local bank: BCA / Blu / QRIS
• International: Vgen / Paypal⟡ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ⟡
• Work will be done according to the queue.
• Progress can be checked on my TRELLO.
• Estimated working time is 1-4 weeks, starting the day I start sketching, depending on the order (regular/ych/skeb). If there are circumstances that delayed the progress, I'll update you.
• Final artwork will be sent by e-mail and uploaded to GDrive.⟡ USE ⟡
• PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can upload or print. Using it as freebies is allowed only if it's personal / non-profit and not representating any kind of brand or business.
• COMMERCIAL USE for streaming / content is charged +50% (thumbnail, overlays, social media promo, etc)
• COMMERCIAL USE for others and merchandising will be discussed beforehand.
• Selling my art as NFT is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.⟡ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ⟡
• The artist retain the copyright of the artwork.
• I have the right to use the commissions as portfolio / comms sample, or post it to my social media.
• Do not trace, modify, or claim the artwork as yours.
• Please credit me when using the commissions on your social media / stream / video description.⟡ REFUND ⟡
• After order is accepted, no refund.
• If I don't manage to finish your request in 4 weeks, you have full right to demand refund.
